I will give some general and very important Step

don't forget for ever and ever the following

when the verb come in the beginning of the sentence it comes with ING... v1+ing..

ex.>>> Reading book is my hobby.

when the verb come after TO always come verb 1 even you talk in the past or future"" any time After TO the verb come verb1

ex.>>> Yesterday ahmed went to jeddah to swim in the sea.
After ((Stop, after, Before, )) always ing the v1+ing
ex.>>> stop smoking,, after sleeping i feel my self more stronger

Jobs

My friend Pat works in a bank. He is a clerk. He has been there for five years. Before that, he was in another city. My other friend is a chemist. He has his own chemist's shop in our town. He studied at the university before he became a chemist, and he is very good at his work. My father is a doctor. He has been working in the same hospital for twenty years. I have a niece who is a nurse, and another who is still at school, but wants to be an airhostess in planes when she gets older. She is a pretty girl, and quite clever at foreign ****************s, so perhaps she will become an airhostess, although it is not easy. She likes flying, and luckily she does not get sick in a plane on a rough trip. When I was small, I wanted to be a pilot when I grow up, I remember. But when I left the university, I became a teacher, and I have been teaching in the same school since 1986 and now I am a headmaster.

Present perfect simple + for / since
الحاضر التام البسيط + for/since
I've lived here for two years.
(for + period of time)
she's had that book since Saturday.
(since + point in time)
past simple / present perfect

الماضي البسيط-الحاضر التام

I moved here last year.
I've lived here for two years.
(I live here now)
present perfect simple + ever / never
have you ever been to Egypt?
I've never been to Egypt.
Superlative adjective + present perfect

صفات التفضيل + الحاضر التام
It's the best film I've ever seen.


For/since

These adverbs commonly occur with the present perfect.
تحدث هذه الظروف مع الحاضر التام.
. for refers to a period of time.
• لتشير إلى فترة من الوقت.
Example: I've been here for half an hour.
.Since refers to the particular point in time when the action or situation began.
• تشير since إلى نقطة محددة في وقت حيث يبدأ الفعل أو الحالة.
Example: I've been here since last Saturday
